I am looking for a 903cc 127 exhaust from manifold and possibly a sporty box, but will need a replacement. Does anyone know of anyone that will make one as I don't have the tools or expertise to do so. If anyone could put me in contact with anyone, that would be great!!!

Do you know where I can get a manifold aswell as its blowing really bad where the downpipe and manifold meet??

i've got two exhausts, the long pieces like in the first pic, going spare.

Yeah that would be great!

Hi there,

This is what I have! The Manifold definitely is correct for a 903 however the two other pipes were fitted to my a112. I'm not 100% sure if the centre or tailpipe will fit but I've included them in the photo's in case anybody does know. Looks to me like at least the centre pipe would be okay, but I would double check with somebody first!

If you are going to want a sporty 903 engine I would suggest looking into getting a 4-2-1 or a 4-1 manifold rather that the one in my photos as the standard manifold is quite restrictive! (especially if your centre pipe is singular rather than a 2 into 1 like in my pictures.

I don't have any spare 4-2-1 manifolds but I have a few spare parts for modifying a 903cc engine and a spare 1050cc OHC engine if your interested. Let me know if you want a list or pictures of anything! :)

That looks like exactly what I was after!!! What do you want for it? And where abouts are you located? Concerning the 1050 which I would very much like, cam you give me more details maybe some pictures? Thanks :D

Hi there,

Sorry I forgot to check what spare parts I have going!

Off the top of my head I have a spare Weber 34 DMTR carb and the Abarth valve cover with manifold to go with it.

This photo is just for reference but this is my 903 engine to give you an example of the two parts I have spare.

Here is the 127 1050cc OHC ‘Brazil’ engine.

The gent I brought it off told me it had 30k on it, I had seen it running but since then it has been stood for at least 2/3 years.
I brought it at the time not realising it wouldn’t be straight forward to fit it to my A112.

If your still interested then I’d like:
Manifold - £65 +p&p
Centre pipe (I’ll throw in the tail pipe) - £20 +p&p
1050 Engine - £50

If your interested in everything then ideally i’d need you to pick up the engine. I live in Northwood, Greater London.

Let me know if this is a problem and I can see if I can sort something else out.

The 903 looks awesome!!! Now, the manifold comes with the 2-1 connector pipe? I won't need the tail pipe or the centre pipe. My current manifold is a 4-1 straight into a single pipe all the way back...

As for the 1050 I'm now in two minds as to the engine to use my 903 or to use your 1050... Have you got any advice on tuning a 903?

Thanks

Thank you very much! :)

The 2-1 pipe is part of the exhaust system but I can do them together for £75 if you like?

If I am being honest if your looking to modify a 903 I wouldn't buy this manifold off me as its super restrictive but good economy wise!

As for which route to take Its quite a hard one!
Have a look at my thread here for what I did to my 903.
https://www.fiatforum.com/other-fiats/303172-a112-project.html

I think it depends what your after. The 903 you can modify for a relatively good price. But your always going to be limited to around 60/65hp mark unless you really break the bank!
Where a 1050 rebuild with the 127 sport head, Cam and the Weber 34 DMTR carb would give you 70hp and with other modifications you could quite easily get a good 80/90hp out of it!

On either build I would recommend getting a 4-2-1 or 4-1 manifold like these! (These examples will fit the 903 but I don' think these will fit the 1050 OHC engine but they would definitely be available on ebay italy or germany!)

4-2-1

4-1

Let me know what your after and I'll see if I can help! :)

Bad news I'm afraid, the alternator went on my dd so I'm now down 400 quid!! If you can keep hold of it until the new year as I would love to take the 1050 and carb and anything else for the 1050??

I would have to pick up the engine right? Would it be possible to drop the sump off and take the crank out to put it in my car??

No worries! I'm not in any rush to sell it I'd just like to see it go to a good home rather than a scrappy!

I don't think the crank from the 1050 will fit your 903 is that what you need it for?

Is this the 127 you were going to sell at one point?
I think I remember seeing your post on it!
Did you decide to keep it? (y)
