General FastFiat complaint

Half of its a load of ******** but the dials were the wrong colour and it annoyed me. Anyone else got any complaints that they have sent them?

I recieved my order recently and was supprised to see how fast it arrived even though i have read hundreds of bad reviews about your company. I am however going to be another hugely unsatisfied customer of yours! I purchased a lockwood dial kit, for which i specified "red", but what colour did i get?. "white". Thank-you very much! I also purchased a lamp cover, which i tried to fit today, only to find that it rubs the boot panel, which means that the paint will be 'off' in no time. Thanks once again! I also purchased some brake pads, which i havent tried to fit yet, and just wondered if there is likely to be something wrong with them too? A friend of mine was about to buy a steering wheel and exhaust from your company, but i happily told him 'how brilliant you are' and he decided against it for some reason. Just to let you know that i will be telling everyone of my experience with you and will NOT be recommending you EVER. Thank-you for your time in reading this complaint. Yours sincerely another pissed off customer.

I wrote them a polite letter to ask for my P&P back after they cocked up. I'm still waiting on a response, 9 months later

I've heard a number of comments about FastFiat, but I bourght my side skirts from them expecting them to arrive within two weeks, and did they? ? ? ?

I'll give you one guess but I surpose 3 months isn't to long to wait, I mean its only 6 times as long as they said it would take (Oh dear )

Yeah, im one of the lucky ones that just got the wrong parts. lol. being polite to companies that **** doesnt get u anywhere. lol, but i dont think i was as rude as i could have been.

I personally think its a Fiat association thing, cos my local Fiat dealers are all as bad as FastFiat sound. Personally, Id order it then pick it up myself

From Fast Fiat, ordered a Cinq Abarth replica front, arrived within a week IIRC. Powerflex suspension bushes arrived within 4 days. Guess I'm the lucky one.

I have to say i have only ordered from them once and it was very quick and all the bits were correct and fitted well. I did ring them pre order to ask if i could send back anything if i didn't like it they said that would be fine. Polite and quick can't fault them i'm afraid

i've bought a few things from them,exhaust,side skirts,arches and spoiler.

every thing fitted fine but the side skirts and arches did take a while to arrive! in all about 2 weeks iirc?

have to say i've had ok/good service from them? i think they get there bodywork stock (spoilers,bumpers etc) from a supplier in italy and usually it's there fault???

not sure but thats what i've heard??

the people that make the abarth style kits are Lester and they are an italian company and everything has to come via Eyrostyling direct from lester and so if they dont hyave it in stock, it might take upto 6 weeks for u to get it

having dealt with importing goods from italy, i can confirm that its a nightmare.just no sense of urgency.although doesnt excuse fast fiat not keeping customers informed.

agreed, they should explain to customers if parts are not in stock. i havent had any problems with they yet though.

but long waiting times are not there fault although theyshould keep customers informed if there is going to be a long waiting time!

i have never had any problems with fast fiat, i have used them 4 times now i think andall my items have come within a week, including side skirts

with your letter of complaint, i would lose the light covers, it aint there fault, they are catching, the light and boot aren't designed to have something in between them

I love the look of the light covers and have managed to fit them so that they don't catch . As for the dials, got to admit that although i wanted red, the white ones i got look quite good as well. But i still had a reason to complain!
