Well, i havent bought it in a long time, so i thought id buy it seeing as it had a Punto on the front and i could steal some ideas from it....and an allen key tool lol...but i waas reading page by page and saw a familiar cinq on page 129 :D (y)

I dont get fastcar anymore. Only seems to be on the shelves in whsmiths which i dont go in that often.

I have a yearly subscription with top gear mag, and buy what car magazines. :D

I saw Max Power have restyled themselves. Interesting line, it seems more like evo although for a less discerning readership. Not knocking it...but its just not right!

erm...this will sound chavvy but i have about 4 boxes of mags of redline, maxpower, Fastcar but the best is Car + Car Conversions :D
although i enjoy to flick through the old ones and look at the uno turbos through

There is change afoot in the modded car magazines, hadn't bought any since i was 13 and it was the only way i could have 'jazz' mags, but bought redline a few months back and have bought one every month since, emphasis has totally shifted from from mad kitted saxos to proper fast cars. That and in 5 mags the ladies with their baps out count was in single figures...go figure

all 3 of them mags have changed a lot., I used to buy them every month but got bored of all the "art attack" saxo etc and they were practically turning into porno mags with more birds than cars.,(dunno why thats a bad thing.,lol).,
Havent bought them in a while but often have a flick through them while the other half gets lost in tesco.,

max power and the like might have changed their style and art work recently but they're all still full of made up bull****.

i only buy Performance Tuner magazine, it covers everything from the new panda 100hp to the big power skylines and porches to old v12 jags. its full of useful accurate info, rather than trying to tell you that fitting a "motorsport" sunstrip will give you an extra 200bhp at the wheels..!

I wouldnt buy them myself, havent bought them for about 2 years but nowadays its for more about power and tuning, its a much better magazine now that its not aimed at 17 year olds.,. What about the price of it though, they cost way too much for a magazine and all that free stuff they give with it is cheap cr*p.,

How old are the magazines you have?
My dad/canndurrant was in quite a few of them Fast cars and car and car conversions in the early 90's.

Im missing a few, so would like to see what ones you do have. ;)

think i still have a lot of them from 98ish in the attic., its weird looking back on them and seeing how little you needed to do to your car then to get it on cover.,lol.,
