I've ordered an aftermarket stereo and I've got the autoleads fasica (the one wit a storage copartment) But I can't get it to lock into place. It seems the top of the fascia is catching the airvents or something so it won't push back far enough for the clips to lock, either that or the clips are too short. ANy ideas??

Mine is exactly the same - the RHS of mine never clips in. They are not very well designed.
I have to literally wack mine into place with my fist to get it to stay in place and even then as I said the RHS pops back out.
You could try loosening the screws on the back of the lugs that clip into the DIN slot for a bit of adjustment otherwise just persist by giving it some persuasion.

mine was always fine. perfect fit (y)

you just have to 'wiggle' it in a bit

oh, and its in the classifides too :p

So is mine.

Although that's probably because mine is yours.

Did have to bend the 4 prongs down a bit to get it to sit in, then gave it a shove. When it clips in the heater control panel pops out a bit so maybe yours is catching on there as you push it it? Could try a little flat bladed screwdriver for a bit of bendage?
