Hi, Tom I need some help.
Have a non starter marea 1.6 on my hands, petrol's coming in but the spark is weak. Measuring the coil pack resistance I got acceptable values for the secondary resistance, but the primary resistance should be from 0,55-0,61 and I get 0,8 on both 1/2 and 2/3. Is that a signal for a shot coil pack or is it still in the boundaries of normal.
Its -12 here so didnt change the plugs - will do today.

Cheers.

Will do, but again measuring there resistance showed all OK. Will do a diag check today on the car.
+ It went to +1 today here and still no starting.

All OK now, no errors on the diag. It stsrts just fine now, it may be frozen petrol (condensation) due to the car running on GPL (gas) and that the petrol recirculates all the time in general.
Starting is on petrol and the car runs on petrol to the point of 20degC of the coolant then switches to gas. If the petrol froze and blocked the pipe to some bit - lack of mixture ?!
And I didnt measure the pressure on the incoming petrol pipe.

Once again cheers Tom.
