Yesterday, I had my first dealings with the service dept at my dealer.
What fantastic service! I rang with a small problem at 8.30am, they had my car by 9am and said they would call me at 4pm to let me know the state of play. I had a call at 1.50pm to say that everything had been sorted and my car was ready for collection.
My previous experience with other main dealers has left alot to be desired.
On collecting my car, it had been cleaned and the technician had been very careful not to mark the interior.
The staff were all very polite and professional and a pleasure to deal with,
What a refreshing change!
The dealer is Lipscomb in Aylesford, Kent. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
