LOL i dont know how he gets that econmy out of his 1.2 because mine wont do it mine does about 500 miles on a full tank the diesel must do much better than that. As for being faster than abarth they most certainly are no where near. They aint bad for 1.2's but you cant compare to anything that big. There beat most other 1.2's and some 1.4's but nothing bigger than that.

yep but having a stilo at 17 aint too bad though even if its a 1.2. With the money i spent i could have bought something faster but i liked the stilo's looks and i wanted a FIAT so....

I can't imagine a stilo 1.2 beating any small 1.4 simply because a smaller lighter car with a bigger and more powerful engine isn't going to have any problems.
 
The old one wasn't as bad a car technically as most seem to think but that looks like the gentrified and rather boring replacement :(
