Exhaust valve 1971cc needed urgently

Hope this is the right place to post have a 1971cc petrol motor fiat and am looking for 1 good exhaust valve... 35mm head 8mm shaft and 112 mm long any help dealers yards some one that has a scrap head in the garage getting desperate help please

The 9171cc petrol is actually in a Talbot I not even sure it's the same valve. It's supposed to be the same what was in the decato grasping at straws but willing to try ant thing
