Technical exhaust blowing

as a new car owner an a complete novice i dont kno a thing about cars. i noticed that my new sports exhaust is blowing on 1 of the three part joints. this makes the car sound well mint and loud and jus wondered whether ther is a downside t this. the exhaust has a 2 year warranty an has onli been fitted 5 months so no major problem.

loss of power, increased fuel usage?

EDIT: if its still under warranty just get it fixed
