Technical Euro 5 electronic egr noise

Help please, ive a 2016 euro 5 ducato that when warmed up gives a sort of fluttering noise at about 2-2200rpm when on and off the throttle, EGR is new two years ago, when unplugged there is no noise, question is: any of you had this happen? Is it the actual electronic solenoid or the valve itself? I’ve taken it apart and valve has free movement and quite clean.
Is it possible to map a euro 5 EGR out?
