Whenever I try to get onto eper I always get the too many concurrent users message, no matter what time of day/night it is I don't even get the option to kick an idle member off either

I've tried at 7 in the morning, mid day, 5pm and 11pm so far this week and i've got this message every single time

Is there a problem with it or are that many people really using it all the time?

Or could it even be that people are whoring it and leaving themselves logged in when not using it?

tbh i know ben is working on this and tweaking the set up as an ongoing thing.
its on its own server so he is doing all that web,tech programmy stuff

The error message which doesn't give you an option to kick people off is caused by one of the internal processes crashing (which I've only just discovered) - sorting out an automatic restart routine which will hopefully solve that
