ePER database - who to contact for specific information

Hi all,

I have Delta engine that I'd like to know from what chassis number it came from.
I am aware on ePER if you have the model and chassis number of a specific vehicle, you can bring it up and see all the details inc. the engine number associated with that chassis. But as far as I can tell, I cannot do the reverse, ie. put the model information in, including the engine number - and find the chassis number.

Obviously my engine number is on ePER somewhere in the deep dark depths, and there must be someone who has access to the data beyond the interface - but who? Who could I contact that would have the access to look up my engine number?

I have a later version of Eper, but still no option to search by engine number.
The data within eper is held in files with a specific file extension, unique to the eper database.
It does look like the eper database is using Microsoft Access, but my version, 2016, will not recognise the files, so I'm unable to search them.

You could email Fiat with your engine number and ask. The worst that can happen is they say no.

Find the 'contact us' on your country-specific Fiat website and start there.
If they just reject it as no data or too difficult, ask again, but ask them who to contact instead. Push firmly but politely.

Or try the Fiat Italy site, if you can navigate it in Italian.
