This is just for info, it might be handy for someone.
Just swapped a16v engine out of a "04" scudo and replaced with an 8V engine. All went together plug and play. The only issue was once fitted it would not start (surprise surprise). Put it on computer and cleared all engine management fault codes turned key and pow!. No reprograming required. It can be done.
