Engine stalls: bubbling?

The engine on my 98 1.4 Bravo SX has started to cut out after driving for a while. It takes about 20 minutes to leave the engine cool down before it will start again. However, it is not long before the engine cuts out again.

I have searched the forums here and most people suggest the lambda sensor is at fault in this type of scenario. On the off-chance, I tried using an injector cleaner but this hasn't done anything.

The strange thing is, occasionally when it cuts out, you can hear a bubbling noise from under the car for about 10-20 seconds. I haven't read anyone else mention this bubbling sound, what could it be?

The lambda would produce a fall in power, this sounds like petrol lines.
Check if one or more “jubeele“ clips are loose on the petrol lines - its sucking air somevare.

Thanks Sven, I'll give that a go.

If it was sucking in air, would the engine not stall sooner? If I drive that car easy (not above 50mph) sometimes it will never stall.

It gets inough fuel in for low speads, when you get higher it sucks more fuel, there for more air also. So it dont get inough.
