Technical Engine oil recommendation for punto 2

I have Punto 2fx(8v)2001 year.Friend told me that the Fiat factory recommended some type of Oil that suite my car.I think its Selenium oil or something like that.Im interested with exact factory type oil.This is probably the best for punto 2.
Can someone help me with this?

yep selenia 20k should be able to get from yoru local fiat place or online. its called 20k as it will last a garenteed 20 thousand miles before it breaks down
