Technical Engine misfire

Howdy

My GPS has developed an occasional misfire normally when warming up, anyone else experience this? (This has occurred since the service?!) Is it worth a trip to Fiat?

Hiya Shroppy... some have reported that before the EGR got fully clogged, have you cleaned yours out yet? I had a new one a couple of weeks back, all back to normal now.

I thought maybe EGR, but I have only 20k miles on the clock so thought it might be something else.

Will this be covered under the 3rd year warranty?

Does the "Check Engine" light come on? If not, then the dealer hasnt got a right lot to go on, unless it happens at every cold start without fail?

As Adam says Shroppy, I did get an EML for an afternoon but it cleared, MAF can be suspect too so codes may be important.

Try running some injector cleaner through it maybe?

Thanks for the replies fellas...

No, no warning lights and only happens in the first 5-10 minutes after switching on....just a loss in power for a fraction of a second as if the engine's misfiring.
