Technical Engine management light

First of all I'd like to say a big high to all the fiat forum users ,and thank you in advance for any help you can bring to the table
I have a fiat fiorino multijet ,from which I have been told is the same as the qubo ,

I did the utmost sin and panic bought it 3 years ago,and have had nothing but problems with it from the day I have bought it ,I've had to throw another £600 at it and we still haven't solved the problem,

At approx 3k revs or 60mph the engine management light comes on ,and it goes into limp mode ,
We have changed the maf sensor,the egr Valve ,which is what I was advised to do but still having the same problem,
Does anyone have any other ideas ,bar that it needs a whole new turbo as we are trying to eliminate all the smaller things before we go down the heart crushing cost of replacing the turbo ,as I have thrown so much at this vehicle that it would be admitting defeat

First thing you need to have done is a code read , record them , clear them road test then re-read ,once you have the current fault codes they can then be correctly diagnosed , remember never change a part on a code alone it's only points towards a fault in the circuit ie open or short to ground or positive or signal above or below peramiters , will be happy to advise on test procedures etc when you get the codes out of it ,

I had this on an Astra a few years back. Had the ERG changed etc. Made no difference, then an old mechanic told me to put Redex in. Never had the problem again!
