Technical engine management light and loss of power.

car lost power as i started to climb a hill and the engine management light came on. When i stop the engine and restart it it runs fine again but the light stayed on. I disconed battery and reconed it and light went out and all was fine for a day and then it happened again just as i started to climb a hill again. any suggestions. cheers.

If engine management light is on tester is the right diagnostic. Don't spend money buying sensors only by gussing. If engine is 1.6 than you can measure resistance of injectors if there is the problem (look at Guides/Stilo/).
