Hello!
The car is Fiat Punto Mk1 1.2 75 1993.
Sooo before some days this baby showed and sometime it's limiting the car to around 5K RPM sometimes it's just on and there is nothing wrong ( I mean the car runs fine but the RPM is limited in the one case)...
I looked at every cable and sensor under the hood and there are no problems...
Can someone help?

Does this problem still occur in your car? Maybe it has to do with a fuel pump failure. We had the same warning light in the Palio years ago.
How many kilometers has your car done by the way?

best thing to do is buy the appropriate cables to read and clear fault codes, you need a fiat 3-pin to OBD adpater and a vagcom cable - both readily available on ebay etc. Here's an example which i checked and will post to Bulgaria https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/144489808013

Then download either IAWScan2 (http://iaw-scan2.sourceforge.net/) or the free version of MultiEcuScan (https://www.multiecuscan.net/)

No point guessing if there is no obvious reason, and if you are planning to keep the car any length of time its well worth having the cables.

Sorry for the late reply...
Sooo this problem is long gone by itself.... Mine is form 1993 and has 280K km... The lamp was on for the first 5K from when I got it...
The problems with bad consumption or this fuel system lamp is mostly from bad vacuum or bad fuel... Actually I am using 100 octane fuel from around 2 months and it runs perfect!
You can check the vacuum hoses, some wire connections near the sensors and tou can clean the injection, because it is getting dirty in the time
