EML on - Focus

Wont bore with ins and outs or the story behind it

Basically all i want to know is can an independent garage get rid of the EML or is it a dealer only job??

I would post on focus forum but my paid membership has run out so cant see any topics and dont visit enough to warrant renewal

it doesnt matter now its gone off after 2 days

mustve been a small misread - i am aware the problem may still be there and will no doubt be stored in the ECU when i get a code read

i did i dont now

It ran out of coolant which put the light on, but its ran fine ever since, just been on a 400 mile round trip this weekend and not missed a beat

No sign of leaks and no sign of HG, coolant is as full as it was when i refilled so genuinely think i just was a bit silly and let it run down too low, i have done 3,000 miles in 3 weeks so its been on the motorway 24/7

Think i was very lucky
