So I bought 2 ELM327 Bluetooth scanners, one for a Chevrolet van, and the other one for my Fiat Siena 1.3 EX 2003, and it turns out it doesn't work on the Siena. I bought it to check all the data from the car and to look at the error codes, but neither the Torque Pro app or the AlfaOBD were able to connect to the car's ECU. I don't know if it's the interface problem or something else. Please someone guide me.
