Electrics on Bravo / Brava

I've had two Bravo's now (a 1.4sx and an HGT). FM Radio reception seems to have been incredibly bad on both models.

I recently tried to get a Radar detector up and running in my HGT, but had a major problem in that the detector seemed to beep every two or three seconds for no apparent reason.

Anyone else had any problems similar to this and found a solution yet?

Fixed it now

I've replaced fiat head unit with a Pioneer Mini-disc unit, and radio reception is noticeably better.

Hello:
I have the same prob with radio reception on my HGT 99'. Although i have changed the factory one for a Pioneer P4000, the radio still sounds bad.
It's a matter of the car, as i had the same stereo on a Suzuki Swift and it sounded great.
