Electric Window Motors

Hi all, the electric windows on my 2001 Bravo seem very sluggish. Fine on the way down(gravity helps) but really slow on the way up, particularly on the passenger side. It's a bit inconvinient for winding down the passenegers and throwing stuff out, whilst gettin it back up before they throw something back.

If there's a guide on here or a previous thread relating to this then a point in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
