It looks like an air filter with an electric fan attached to it? I honestly wouldnt go anywhere near it, if you could get an extra 30BHP for $99 why hasnt everyone on the planet got one?

let me say, they actually decrease power/torque due to the shape of the thing. What a load of rubbish it is. Totally restrictive and a waste of money. If it was so easy and worked, they would sell 10's of thousands easily!!!!
