I installed a new electric fuel pump and rebuilt the carb. It appears that the fuel pump may not be turning off and is flooding the carb.
Before I used to hear the pump start then slowly stop as the pressure bulit up.
I've adjusted the float, and when the needle is closed, I can still gently blow some air into the carb intake.Is this normal with a new needle?
Anything else I should check on the pump side or anywhere else?
