Just been looking at a 2009 Active Eco with some problems (stutter, random cut-outs, oil pressure light randomly appearing, various other electrical hiccups).
Looks like someone has had a go at repairing the engine loom, and in the process has made it a lot worse. Apart from breaking the ECU plug casing, there are various nicks and damage all over the loom.
So... repair or replace.
Just had a look in the "electrical junk" box and found a complete loom from a basic 1.2 which looks very similar (same plugs in same locations, ECU plug appears to match) but has a different part number (55191039) than the original (55203115).
Both have "Panda 1.1 / 1.2 BZ" in the description on the label.

Good working looms from the 1.1 Active Eco seem to be a bit thin on the ground at the moment.

So, does anyone have the ECU pinouts for the 2009 1.1 Active Eco (engine loom connector only)?
And a similarly reliable pinout diagram for a 2007 1.2 dynamic (Non-aircon, cable throttle model)?
The cable colours on the two looms look slightly different (I am colourblind anyway, so it's always challenging, and the diagrams i can find don't seem to be accurate or complete)
If they are electrically identical then it's just a quick swap. If not, I foresee some hours of "is this a blue/white or red/green wire" type questions to the wife...

Haven't got access to the 1.2 at the moment (the one the cable came off was crushed about 5 years ago, the one I got the label photo from is in Scotland at the moment)
Pic of the 1.1 ECU looks like a 4AF though.

Those pinout lists seem to match with the ones I've got, but still have some doubts about accuracy. I seem to have a couple of pins which are blank on the lists. Still looking...

It is my understanding the 4AF and 5AF are different, the connectors are are a different size I believe

I don't have any information on the 4AF, it's better to ignore the two links above

ECU Plugs (55191039 has a tang missing, but it was originally there - it was in my "electrical junk" box, after all)

Well, solved this problem in an unexpected way...
After spending some time identifying problems with the removed loom in preparation for some splicing and connector replacement, took a break from it to give my poor eyes a rest.
Started dismantling an 06 1.2 Dynamic (Euro 4) and the loom is the same part number as the 2009 1.1 Active Eco. Quick visual check confirmed it, so it'll be going in as soon as the rain stops.
Seems strange that this loom seems prone to failure when on the 1.1 but never heard of a similar problem on the Euro 4 1.2 with same loom, same ECU location, etc.
Anyway, seems like they are a lot less rare then they appeared, so that may help a few 1.1 Active Eco owners in future.

Does it have the unused plugs for the Aircon, just unplugged?

Makes sense to have one loom and just plug what's needed in

Apart from the knock sensor which is a right git to reconnect, it's a surprisingly easy job on a 1.1 Active Eco - enough space to get to everything with a bit of contortion.
Last one I did had aircon and it was seriously hard work.

No aircon plugs. Only one unused plug on the 1.2 it came off (and the 1.1) which hangs below the brake servo.
Mmm that sounds like the left over speed sensor on top of the differential not used with ABS

I wonder if Eper is correct
