I Have A Punto 1.6 Elx

Is It Possible To Put A Turbo Into This Car?

If So Where Would Be The Best Place To Look Into Getting One??

Anything is "possible", not everything is "practical" Amongst the things you would need to do are;

Get a turbo,
Lower compression ratio of engine,
Remap or completely change the engine management,
New exhaust manifold - probably a one-off - probably expensive,
Upgrade the brakes,
Upgrade the suspension,
Declare everything to the insurance,
Buy a jar of Vaseline so that when they shaft it isn't "too" painful.

Bottom line is if you want a turbo, buy a GT and start from there. By the time you've done all the necessary work to your car, it'll have cost twice as much as buying a GT.
