ducato130 multi jet problem

Hi All

Kevin here can anyone help on this problem.
Van starts but cuts out unless you hold throttle higher than tick over once its slightly warn or held until tick over runs ok just a few minutes then all is ok.

It happens now all the time but once warm ok, but I do fell it lacks a little power! any thoughts.
