General Ducato Side door lock issue

Hi All,
I have a Ducato Maxi with a side door that has released from top and bottom but will not open. It would seem to me that the centre lock has not released. Central locking on all other doors works fine, but I cant open from inside or out.
Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Pull off the inner panel and pull the rod directly

Thanks for your reponse. I have the inner panel off and it's released top and bottom but still won't open.
Any ideas??
