Technical Ducato P2452 EML?

EML just popped on as it does! Not in limp mode, read the code as above Particulate filter pressure sensor A circuit, I reset it and it went away but came back on 2nd engine start, now there is paperwork with the van having had this sensor replaced twice in it's life of 24K miles

van is 2012 ducato 130bhp 2.3 250.

Any advice welcome? first I need to locate it, is it on the bulkhead? And do I just replace it or can it be cleaned or tested in any way?
