General Ducato Heater Blower stopped working

Hi folks

I have a 1999 MWB Ducato minibus and the blower has stopped working. I have checked the voltage at the (2 wired) input to the blower motor and there is >12v when the fan speed dial is not on zero, ignition on.
What do you think I should do next?

I found that one of the relays was getting warm when the fan was switched on. I swapped it with another and the fans came on, so I need a new relay.

Actually, it was just a dirty contact inside the relay. I scratched it off and now the fan works.
