I am trying to renew the drop links trying to undo the top nut which I think is 15mm but the whole lot turning any idea?

There may be a hex hole or torx hole in end of threaded portion use correct tool to hold. Or there maybe two flats on ball joint side - use open ended spanner or mole grips.

Or if you have a grinder cut the nut in half(WEAR EYE PROTECTION)
Or hack saw cut it off.
Be careful not to damage strut.

Exactly as Jack described it really. I have used a grinder in the past on a drop link,but it's very tight for space and not really the tool for the job. A nut splitter is the other alternative
Best thing I did was replace the links with Mayle HD ones,which tend to last longer than the typical 12 months that the cheapo ones do.
I'm always amazed how quieter a Multi is with new drop links!
