When did they decide to change the law. I only found out today that if you turn 17 after September this year you wont be able to drive untill you turn 18.

First ive heard of this, last time i heard about driving age they where thinking on lowering it to 16.

heard about this about a year back but not anything since! looks confirmed then!
their changing the motorbike test rules too, see my other thread for random nonsensical questions....

It's been "changing" for years and hasn't, like above, it's just a rumour.
speaking of laws changing without publishing it very well, when the heck did it become illegal to park a motorbike on a pavement, regardless of yellow lines or not?
