No it was an option, so it will either will or not 
It is electronic power steering if it has it.

I suspect they would be better without power steering. It's pointless on a Sei really. It'll probably just slightly the reduce feeling, performance, and economy

Sticks to the road, undertakes c70's on the inside and 45mpg not bad for a PAS sei
