Technical doblo mj - service costs

hi, my doblo mj has just had its first 12k service, my local dealer (jordans) quoted me £221 for service, I thought this was a bit excessive, since my daughter only paid £110 on the mj panda for the same service.
I shopped around, and found several other dealers in yorkshire, would do the job for £140. So I went back to jordans, and they agreed to price match.
So it certainly pays to shop around.
If they can service a panda 1.3 deisel for £110, they should be able to do all of the fiat range at that price that has the same engine in, unless there is aircon to service, the whole issue of service pricing is one big rip off in my oppinion.

it's amazing how much prices vary, you would think Fiat had set service charges for each model.
My local dealer charges about £170 I think which is one of the cheapest in the area.

According to our dealer - Glyn Hoplin in Buckhurst Hill, Essex,- all the charges are as per the Fiat Standard Service tarrif!!
