Technical Doblo 1.9 JTD deisel high mileage?

Hi there, please would you tell me if 114 k is high mileage for a Doblo JTD 1.9 SX diesel? it is on a 52 plate.
There is one for sale that I am interested in. Is there anything suspect I should be looking for or and common faults coming up round that sort of mileage. Should I be put off?
This may be the 1st doblo I've owned.

Its a lot of miles, maybe 20k a year? If it has a full service history, had the mandatory belt changes and anything that the vehicle suffers from, haggle hard on the price.

If you take Ffoxys advice you should be OK. There are numbers of JTDs on here with much Higher mileages. The top, is something over 300k AFAIR. Original engine, but meticulously serviced!

Check out Niall_G, his dobbin has over 281k since Jan 04.
TBH, the diesel engine is reknown for its longevity & reliability.
When they go wrong, they cost - but they don't go wrong that often.

As long as it has been serviced by a competent mechanic using good quality parts then I would definatley consider it. Mrs_G's Cargo is fast approaching 300,000 miles and still going strong.

Obviously use the 'huge excessive mileage' to negotiate a good deal etc.....
