traffic wardens work sundays?

i know there are contract type ones now who act for certain councils ect but i need to go into rochdale after work for food and the shop in on double yellows so i wanna know if i will be safe - leave work just gone 5

i think they do at the end of the day the police can also do you for parking on double yellows

depends on the rules of your council.double yellows are in force 7 days a week and can be enforced by the police.safest thing to do is either park in a parking space or single yellow line (as long as its not enforced).

actually it could be for loading only - erm i cant remember but where it is isnt where the police would normally drive past its not on the main rd

Check out the little yellow signs. If it allows 2 mins loading or whatever then you'll be fine . Also are there any nearby bus stops you can use momentarily as a parking bay - not many busses round at that time I'm guessing.

They do in Birmingham/ some districts. They don't sleep by the sounds of it LOL! Always there ready to getcha when you least expect it! LOL!

its in the main centre - has a small rd which goes past the shop i need, usually for disabled parking - i reckon i should be ok - i usually dont park there until a lot later, when i know its safe
