Sorry to be an absolute bore! BUT...

Which is the best induction kit?

How hard are they to fit?

Do you have to modify anything that the instructions dont tell you?

If you could spare a couple of minuites then it would be much appreciated!

Cheers

Same here

I've been busy looking over this site since I got my HGT a couple of months ago and have asked the same questions. Try pages 3 & 6 for starters for info. Think i'm gonna go for a Greens Twin Cone Induction Kit. That was advised to me by www.needforspeed.co.uk website.

Try this one

Hi,

After trying both JR and K&N, I plumped for the K&N on my 98 1.8. No problems with fit. The kit supplies a cold air feed from the front bumper area under the number plate (you have to cut a hole out though). I didn't fancy this so simply modified the existing cold air feed from the grill by cutting the rubber hose just short of the K&N cone. The hose used to feed the bottm of the air box. Same result, easier and neater (I think).

Hope this helps.

Paul
