My clutch has failed on my 1.4 multiair (105hp) punto evo. Im unsure if my flywheel will need to be replaced at the same time. But im struggling to find the correct flywheel.

Will it be using a dual mass flywheel or not?

Obviously these can be expensive so don't want to get it replaced if not necessary.

Last week helped a neighbour do clutch on his wife's Seat Ibiza, he was told it was dual mass and ordered the full set up, on taking it apart it wasn't so and everything was wrong, including them not supplying the release bearing as they thought it was a concentric clutch cylinder.
Luckily he managed to locate the correct one locally the same day.
Supplier belatedly told him there was a choice of two on that model!!!Though he had provided, reg, vin,and engine number!
As I understand it unless there is excessive movement (which can be measured) it is not always necessary to change the flywheel.
If you are on good terms with your supplier they may supply both if there is an option providing it is returned in good saleable condition:)
