On my Fiat Panda 1.3 diesel, I always seem to have a small puddle of diesel inside the metal filler flap next to the filler cap. How does this get there? It looks like it leaks when driving as there is a diesel stain on the rear wing behind the filler flap.
I do not know if the tank gets over filled as in Greece the fuel station attendents fill up your tank.
Also will the diesel damage the paint work?
