Technical Delay in acclerating

the problem have't resolved yet. but i noticed when doing a road test at the service center, there's delay in acceleration 1 or 2 second sometimes, i.e. when floored the paddle, the car move slowly 1 or 2 second before it start accelerating. the only problem is it only happen sometimes. anyone knows the problem. my car is awaiting to replace the gearbox under warranty due to the kraking noice when reversing. been waiting for the gearbox for 1 year still haven't arrivedyet.

is that anything to do with the gearbox. examinar did't show any error.

i find if u put the pedal straight to the floor its poorer acceleration but if u pull of the pedal a bit then slowly push it down it accelerates better this is my experience from my last car petrol and my new one diesel

Theres a program in the cars chip to stop you from booting it all of the time to stop you wrecking the engine! clever init?

o...it normal? i've never floored the paddle before until that day just want to simulate the problem i have to the service centre.
