Ordered my New Panda Eleganza back in Feb this year. We specified Left hand drive with European badging (called the Emotion), fog lights, and Emotion was also to be on all paperwork including Logbook as we are moving permanently to Italy and it may be a nightmare to register as an Eleganza so we've been warned, of course they said this would not be a problem and took our money straight away. It finally arrived a month ago minus the fog lights, minus the european badging and the paperwork refers to Eleganza! After 1 month they finnally got round to fitting front fog lights but wired them up to the rears so that we dont have individual control over them! I queried this with the Manager and he said thats how it works. Somehow i dont think so. As for the badging etc, basically its tough! They wont do anything about it. This is my second experience buying a new fiat and the service is just as c**P as the first.
