Hi i have had to change the Daytime running light bulb twice in one month on my 2013 fiat pander each time i found the bulb wasn't blown but the solder on one of the connectors on the bottom of the bulb had melted anyone know what could be causing this.

At the risk of stating the obvious, the primary cause of melted solder is heat.

The heat most likely is caused by a poor electrical connection on the bulb fitting, quite likely the result of surface corrosion on the electrical contact surfaces. Try cleaning it up as best you can when you next fit a replacement, and consider giving it a spray with an electrical contact cleaner. Don't use WD 40, as it could damage the plastic part of the connector and the wire insulation.

Much the same sort of thing can happen with a domestic house plug, sadly a common cause of fires.
