Technical Dash Lights

I was wondering if my dash lights dont come on when lights are turned on what this could be a result of? And the dimmer switch to dim the dash lights and interior lights either dont work too or its just because the interior lights for dash and control panels are not coming on. Anyone know what this could be. Its not a fuse they are all good so what else?

if someone had disconnected the dimmer/rheostat when removing the cluster surround piece.. easy to forget when putting it back..

Good thought so maybe I should just remove the cluster and see if the dimmer switch is plugged in then. Thanks for reply.

Okay dimmer switch was all still plugged in so could there be something else to look for?
