Technical DAB radio

Hi everyone

I wonder if anyone would be able to help resolve my DAB radio issue. Yesterday I randomly lost all signal on the DAB setting, FM and AM are still working fine. I now can’t even select the DAB option. I have the 2019 500 model with touchscreen radio. I’ve tried a factory reset but that hasn’t worked.

If anyone had any helpful suggestions that would be great.

On my 500X I had to get a new aerial as the DAB constantly dropped out due to water getting into the electronics in the aerial. Common fault in the 500X. I know water in the conventional aerials is a problem so I imagine it would be the same for the DAB.

I had a new areal base on my Tipo when it did the same.

Never had any problems with the 500 or Abarths we had previously
