I'm looking to get a Custom Exhaust built for me with an exit on each side (Twin Exit)

Where, apart from PowerFlow, can make this possible?

Don't just want the shape and the look, if I can, or if its possible I would like some benefit from the system.

Don't want to lose back pressure and don't want to cause more engine confusion

try speed shack, west drayton, they use a specialist round the corner who will custom build you whatever you want
