For some reason car mats always end up creeping back on me, must be something I'm doing with my heels.

Always a problem, you're probably best wearing flats when driving

Hence wanting to fit mats if I got a 100hp, but only if they'll stay put.

Why not get rubber mats? Nice deep grooving in there so any spills or dirt from your shoes gets kept in the mat rather than going on the carpet and they last for aaaaaages.
