I was at the Distington vintage rally today in West Cumbria and there was a Black Strada Arbarth.......absolutely stunning!! Had local'ish plates on it too

Can you recall what year the registration plate was?

Not many of any model MkIs or MkIIs left:

and

Now DVLC are confusing matters a little with Mk3 but this is the MkII Strada Abarth which is the MarkIII face lifted Strada.

So for MkI we have 5 Registered and 14 SORN (19 total)
and for MkII we have 6 Registered and 32 SORN (38 total)

Totalling 11 Registered and 46 SORN - Total of 57 in the UK

with the new registration / insurance rule changes I expect these numbers may change a little.

If nothing else it will hopefully flush out those cars on the DVLC database that are not registered as scrapped, not SORN and not insured.

I know of the Guy, He's from Distington, Not sure if he's on this site, but he ground up restored it. Looks and sounds amazing don't it. :D

I've heard to the point where Fiat only fluids went in, and as many OEM parts as he could get.

I've got pics if it when he fetched it to Kesmo fiat but i'll have to try to edit the reg out.

I didn't get the chance to talk to him but the car was mint right down to the dealer plates and tax disc holder - would love to do a photo shoot with it. Might see it in August at the cumbrian classic car show?
