i thought you had to go the doctors to get a test done?

you should go doctors if you like ryan and pass out after a few pints, but chemists do them, its advertised on tv, he going doctors on the 16th, but if he dont want to wait he can go chemist tomorrow. i dunno if they all do it, i know moss do

a ok! my mom keeps telling me to have a test, but ive never been bothered with our doctors, might go the pharmacy and see if they do it

howdee doody, i think there might be somthing wrong with me, i'm booked into the doctors on the 16th anyway so i can ask then but though i might aswell ask you lot.

recently i have been craving orange juice like mad, today alone i have drank 2 litres or tropicana.

and i have been drinking alot of water aswell, is there prehaps somthing up with me?

Do you have a balanced diet? Getting enough vitamins?

when you say "alot of water" how much is alot? more than the recommended 8 glasses a day?

i went to ASDA for a free test and it came back borderline on the blood gloucose test, good news is i got rid of my high blood pressue.

well off to the doc's on 16th so he will tell me, i'm scared.

Give the docs a ring and tell them that see if they will get you in quicker

The medical profession recommends drinking 1 - 2 litres of fluid per day

but your a beast and live in the gym.... even i can easily go through 4 -5 litres of water a day
