General CRASH!!!!!!!

Hi every 1 just crashed my punto just had the bumpers sprayed up to shiny black pulled up to a junction slammed my brakes on went over the line and smashed in to RENAULT SENIC. Now i have got to get a new bumper have it sprayed up (AGAIN) and pay for the damage to the senic. boo hoo

I'm guessing you weren't paying attention as the scenic is huge.
You shouldn't ever need to slam your brakes on unless someone pulls out of a side road or someone steps out in front of you.

You were obviously going too fast for the conditions and now you have to pay, maybe it'll make you think twice about driving without due care and attention.

one bit of advice. never trust anyone you crash into. i you've obviously settled without the insurance company intervening, there's nothing to say the guy in the scenic can't sue for whiplash or similar. no matter how trivial the damage to the car was.
